Telekom asked how we would define and visualize their complex design process.
Instead of focusing on any technology we focused on the users. They are the focus of the process. Learning from their daily lives, their pain points, and their needs. This was the essence of Telekom Design. Not any specific technological advancements.
We wanted to create tangibility for the audience using physical abstractions of telecommunication and the routines of everyday regular folks.
